Dear Friends,

My name is Lawrance Shama and my nickname is Lucky. I am married to Catherine and we have four children.

Since July 1st 2009 I have been serving at Peachcroft Christian Centre as Youth Pastor. I have a calling from the Lord for this ministry to work with youth and children. I have a heart to work with people in diverse communities and to address the challenges and opportunities which lie within our neighbourhood.

I believe the community I serve in is part of my family. I have been involved in youth, community and mission work since 2002 and I love to talk and share my faith along with the amazing and miraculous things the Lord Jesus has done in my life. I long to see him working in other people's lives too.

I am very open to new ideas and the needs of both youth and community. My aim is to seek to serve for the benefit of all and to continue working closely with the youth, youth workers and volunteers in Abingdon, specifically on Peachcroft.
